Welcome to my Food Diary!
I find that one of the hardest things about starting or maintaining a balanced, healthy meal plan is knowing where to start or how to keep going. This could be due to difficulty in brainstorming healthy, but tasty recipes, or fear and attachment to the foods that taste yummy but do not love our tummy. This is why I am sharing my own personal meal ideas to help you, my reader, get a sense of what nourishing foods look like and how to use them.
From smoothies to tea to snacks and more, I’ll be creating quite a bit of food related posts that I believe will be positive influence on your beliefs and understandings about what it means to nourish your body.
